Walking Howth Head
Howth Head is a cracking place for a walk. Great views over the sea - I've seen porpoises from up there. It's hard to believe it's so close to the city.

One thing that does worry me - I can't count the times I've seen young kids on bikes up there. As an adult, I would dream of cycling up there - the path is narrow enough, and it's a long way down. If your bringing the kids, keep a good eye on them, and for God's sake, leave their bikes at home.
