LITTER

Why do people find it necessary to drop litter wherever they go. Can we PLEASE PLEASE have pride in our surrounding living areas, I live in front of a lovely green area and I am constantly picking up litter from it and in the general vicinity of my house. From the entrance of my estate all the way up to my house is constantly looking appalling with litter, can we also teach our kids that this is an awful thing to do.
